When it stops working for your family, we can make it work again - and make it beautiful while we're at it. Because we are a design-build company, our own designers, architects and engineers handle your kitchen from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. That means no finger pointing between a designer and a contractor, no surprises in the middle of the job and a schedule and budget you can actually count on. Whether you gut your kitchen down to the framing, take out walls and replace windows, or simply refresh your existing cabinetry and upgrade your countertops, we can make your dreams come to life. Our designers specialize in kitchen makeovers for any budget. ## How It Works: Dream. Design. Build. ![number-one](https://www.ctlrenovations.com/hs-fs/hubfs/number-one.png?width=50&height=50&name=number-one.png) ### Dream It starts with a free, no-commitment consultation. Tell us what you're dreaming about - we listen, take measurements and talk honest numbers from day one. ![number-two](https://www.ctlrenovations.com/hs-fs/hubfs/number-two.png?width=50&height=50&name=number-two.png) ### Design Our own designers, architects and engineers draw your project and partner with you in selecting every material - with a written price and schedule before construction begins. ![number-three](https://www.ctlrenovations.com/hs-fs/hubfs/number-three.png?width=50&height=50&name=number-three.png) ### Build The team that designed your project builds it. One crew, one schedule, a clean job site and clear communication the whole way - on time and on budget. ## What's Included in Your Kitchen Remodel ### Every kitchen is different, so every project starts with a design. Here is what we can take care of for you: ✓ Custom cabinetry — new, refaced or refinished to match your style and budget ✓ Lighting, electrical and plumbing brought up to code ✓ Countertops in granite, quartz, marble or faux stone ✓ Tile, luxury plank and hardwood flooring ✓ Layout changes, wall removal and room additions ✓ Backsplashes and custom tile work ✓ Kitchen islands and breakfast bars ✓ Window and door replacement as part of your remodel ### CTL was dependable and really cleaned up after themselves. We were very surprised that they stayed on schedule. Everyone that has come over has really "ooooed and awwwed" about our new kitchen - they have been very impressed and so are we! A cabinet refresh with new countertops usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full remodel with layout changes runs 6 to 8 weeks. You'll have a written schedule before we start, and we take pride in staying on it - our clients are often surprised at how fast our crews work. Do I need to move out during the remodel? No - almost all of our clients stay in their homes. We seal off the work area with dust barriers, keep your water running and help you set up a temporary kitchen so daily life can carry on while we work. Can you work with my budget? Yes. Our designers specialize in kitchen makeovers for any budget - from refinishing your existing cabinetry and upgrading your countertops to a complete custom kitchen. The free estimate will show you exactly what your budget can do. Can I keep my existing cabinets? Often, yes. If your cabinet boxes are sound, refacing or refinishing them can give you a brand-new look for a fraction of the cost of new cabinetry - and frees up budget for the countertops or appliances you really want. Do you handle design, permits and engineering? All of it. We are a design-build company with our own architects and engineers, so plans, permits, inspections and construction are all handled by one team. If you're taking out a wall, we engineer it properly - no guesswork. ## Explore Our Other Services ![bathroom-remodel](https://www.ctlrenovations.com/hs-fs/hubfs/bathroom-remodel.jpg?width=600&height=401&name=bathroom-remodel.jpg "bathroom-remodel") ### Bathroom Remodeling Walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions and master baths designed and built around the way you live.
