Custom-measured, custom-made for your home

Window replacement is one of the most important ways to upgrade the look of your home while at the same time economizing your utility expenditure. When the wind comes down off the Front Range, you'll feel the difference a quality window makes.

We measure and custom manufacture every window we install with our quality vinyl or wood clad window systems. No off-the-shelf sizes, no shims and foam making up the difference - every window is built specifically for your particular home from the highest quality materials available on the market.

We know design and budget are both important, so we specialize in high quality, beautiful windows at a price you can afford. And our warranty is second to none, giving you peace of mind without breaking your budget.

How It Works: Dream. Design. Build.

number-one

Dream

It starts with a free, no-commitment consultation. Tell us what you're dreaming about - we listen, take measurements and talk honest numbers from day one.

number-two

Design

Our own designers, architects and engineers draw your project and partner with you in selecting every material - with a written price and schedule before construction begins.

number-three

Build

The team that designed your project builds it. One crew, one schedule, a clean job site and clear communication the whole way - on time and on budget.

What's Included in Your Window Remodel

One window or the whole house - here is what we can take care of for you:

✓ In-home measurement and a written, no-commitment estimate
✓ Full-frame replacement or insert installation - whichever your home needs
✓ Custom-manufactured vinyl and wood clad window systems
✓ Interior and exterior trim, flashing and finish work
✓ Energy-efficient glass packages that stand up to Colorado winters
✓ Haul-away and clean-up when the job is done
✓ Double-hung, casement, sliding, bay and picture windows
✓ A warranty that is second to none

Initially I was scared to do my project because of the horror stories I had heard about contractors. I never felt CTL took short cuts. Others had told me to keep an additional 20% over my budget in reserve, but I never had to tap into that because there were no surprises. Most importantly, I've never seen people work so fast in my life... It was a pleasant experience and they did a good job of keeping me informed of what was going on during the process.

Window Replacement Questions, Answered

How do I know it's time to replace my windows?
Drafts you can feel from the couch, condensation or fog between the panes, sashes that stick or won't stay open, and heating bills that climb every winter are the classic signs. If you're seeing any of them, a free estimate will tell you exactly where you stand.
Vinyl or wood clad - which is right for my home?
Vinyl gives you excellent energy performance at the best price and never needs painting. Wood clad gives you a warm, real-wood interior with a weatherproof exterior - a great fit for custom homes. We custom manufacture both, so the choice comes down to your style and budget, not what we happen to carry.
Can you replace windows in the winter?
Yes - we install year-round, even in Colorado Springs winters. Our crews work one opening at a time, so your home is never left open to the weather for more than a few minutes.
How long does installation take?
Because every window is custom manufactured for your particular home, there is a few weeks' lead time after we measure. Once your windows arrive, most whole-home installations are finished in 1 to 2 days, trim and clean-up included.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty is second to none - it covers both the window itself and our installation, so there's never a debate about whose problem it is. We'll put the full terms in writing with your estimate, giving you peace of mind without breaking your budget.
